The following information is a guide to visas and vaccinations for British passport holders only. Other EC passport holders should contact us should you require visa information.
Please note that these costs, regulations and recommendations change frequently, so you must check with embassies (or a visa service) and medical specialists before your trip.
Passports
You will need a passport which is valid for at least 6 months from the end of your trip, and which has enough room for entry and exit stamps and visas. If you are travelling to South Africa, you need 2 full empty pages for arrival/departure stamps.
Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you have any correct visas necessary for your holiday (see the table below for British passport holders). If you would like advice about visas, do call us.
Applying for visas by post can take up to 6 weeks and passports have been known to go missing.
We suggest using Travcour in London to obtain your visas. For more details, please call Travcour on: 020 7223 5295 or visit their web site www.travcour.com where you can download the application forms and obtain information.
NB: please note that as a Tribes customer you receive £5 off the service charge listed on the site.

Vaccinations & Prophylactics
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required vaccinations, and travel with the certificates. If you are going to an area where malaria is found, please take advice from your doctor about the best prophylactic for that region.
Other than advising on the legal vaccination requirements of countries we arrange holidays to, Tribes can not give medical advice since we do not have any medical qualification.
Always consult your doctor or travel clinic for up to date advice on what vaccinations or medications are required or recommended. You could also consult a travel health website, such as www.masta.org or www.nomadtravel.co.uk.
