Tribes Travel Ltd is a fully bonded tour operator. The air holidays mentioned on this site are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 5802. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. All holidays which do not include air travel or are outside the scope of ATOL are protected by our bond with the Association of Independent Tour Operators Trust Ltd. Your money is therefore 100% safe with financial protection which exceeds the legal requirements.
Flight Timings
Flight times are provided by airlines and are subject to change because of such matters as air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions and technical problems. Flight timings are therefore estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Tribes Travel Ltd will not be liable if a flight is delayed. In the event of a delay airlines generally provide such refreshments, meals and accommodation as they deem appropriate. Where it is able to do so Tribes will use its best endeavours to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made. In addition you may be entitled to claim under the flight delay section of your travel insurance policy. As between you and any individual airlines, the airline’s standard conditions of carriage will apply. These may limit or exclude liability in accordance with relevant international conventions.
Tickets
When to expect your tickets
These will usually come to you about 2 weeks before you depart. Etickets can be much earlier.
Etickets
Many airlines now give out e-tickets only. The important aspect of these tickets is the ticket number, as no paper ticket is given. We may also give you a locator reference for your booking. You still need to provide your passport for identification as usual when checking in.
Internal and charter flight tickets
Tickets for these light plane flights will usually be given to you in the destination. If your internal flights are charters, you will not be given tickets. Some small airlines also do not give tickets to clients. Also note, times can be unpredictable with charter companies and small airlines, and can change frequently.
Carbon Offsetting

The UK’s national airline connects to many worldwide destinations. They offer World Traveller (economy), World Traveller Plus, Club World, and FIRST seats on many routes.

Iberia Airlines
Spain's national airline. Online Check-In available.
Business Plus is the name Iberia has given to its new class for Business passengers on intercontinental routes. The seat reclines into a full, flat bed with a double back pillow to ensure the most comfortable position for the spinal column and has a massage function. It also features a folding armrest, an adjustable headrest and an extendible leg rest operated from the control panel located on the armrest. There is a space of 152cm between rows, an individual compartment for drinks, and for shoes, and an adjustable intensity reading light with a privacy separator panel.
