Tribes respects your right to privacy. 

Any information that you choose to give us is stored in our database. It is not accessible for use by third party companies (other than those who need your details to arrange your holiday). We respect your right to privacy, and do not sell or offer our client list to others.

The information we ask you for will be relevant to your enquiry. As standard, we generally ask for name and contact details when you enquire with us so that we can send you required information and service your enquiry. If you wish us to look at flights for you, we will ask for your name as in your passport. Once you book with us, we will of course need further personal details, such as dietary requirements, in order to arrange your holiday correctly.

When sending us personal or financial details by email, please remember that this is not necessarily a secure way of communication.

It happens quite infrequently, but if we send out any information by email or post, there will be an easy way to unsubscribe. We have no wish to send you information which you do not want to receive. If you have any problems with this, you can contact us at: info@tribes.co.uk or call us on 01728 685971.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, these are emailed irregularly but roughly every 2-3 months. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. Our newsletter database is a separate list from our list of clients or enquirers.

In order to help us make our website more useful to you and more effective, we automatically collect certain information from you when you visit this site. This is:  

• The Internet domain from which you access our Web site
• The type of browser (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera) used to access our site
• The type of machine that you use (PC or Mac)
• The operating system (Windows, Mac) used to access our site
• The date and time that you access our site
• The URLs of the pages you visit and the duration of the visit

This is a necessary requirement for the Add to my dream suitcase facility, as we need to know what you have placed in your basket.

This information will only be shared between your computer and the website that placed it there. It is not used for any other purpose and we don't share this information with any other third parties.
