• We can arrange all aspects of your holiday in the destinations we work. From flights, to accommodation and services on the ground, to insurance.
• We are impartial and independent. We would honestly rather not sell you a trip than sell you one which we don’t believe you’d like!  We prefer to have happy clients.
• We are happy to work via email, phone or you can visit us at our Suffolk office.
• We are pleased to discuss arranging private slideshows and talks if you have a larger party interested in a trip with us, and are not too far from Suffolk.
• We advise on other travel services such as visas, airport hotels and lounges. See our Travel Planning section for details.
• Barring illness and holidays, the person you initially talk to will be your personal consultant, and guide you through the enquiring, booking and travel process from start to finish. It is a personal service.
• You are 100% financially protected with Tribes, either through our ATOL or our AITO licences.
• We automatically carbon offset your flights, even if you are not buying the flights from us!

• We share a lot of information with you on this website.  We hope it will help you choose the best possible holiday –right time, right place, right lodge, right experience.
• We work on a tailor made basis, organising the holiday which is just right for you.
• We work with partners on the ground in each destination. So not only are you getting the expertise of our UK consultants, you are also buying the knowledge of individuals in the destination country. We vet all the people, companies and lodges we work with closely.
• Our travel consultants each have particular areas of expertise, gained through personal travels, or living in a destination, and from annual research trips for the company. See Our Team for more details.
