Pole Pole is a beach lodge on tiny Mafia Island, surrounded by tall palms and sea breezes. Excellent diving and snorkelling can be experienced in the nearby Chole Bay. Comfortable luxury and friendly service makes this the perfect place to unwind after a safari.
Each bungalow covers 60 sq m with personalized fixtures and furnishings. The floors are made out of hardwoods, the furniture from mahogany and the door and window frames from doussi. The beds have wooden slats and high quality spring mattresses. The verandahs have large 'day beds' looking over the water through the palms. Bathrooms have double washbasins, showers, bidets and toilets. Massages are available and the food here is superb.
