Avalone Guest House

Avalone Guest House is located in the picturesque village of St Lucia in the heart of St Lucia Wetland Park, South Africa's first World Heritage Site. The guesthouse consists of two independent neighbouring houses. Both houses have 5 luxurious bedrooms, all air-conditioned rooms and with private bathrooms. The rooms all have hairdryer, 'fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and safe. From each room there is direct access to a private terrace in the beautiful tropical garden. From both gardens there is direct access to the Nature Reserve. There is also a lovely suite available. Each house has a swimming pool, a well-assorted bar and TV-lounge with satellite receiver.

St. Lucia is considered the leading eco-tourist experience in South Africa and the area offers a wealth of activities. Game viewing tours for "The Big Five" in the nearby game park is one of the favorites activities available here. Guests can also go fishing, take a boat cruise on the lake where hippos, crocodile and fish eagles can be seen. Tour guides can be hired by the day to conduct guests around this fascinating area.
