Day 2: Morning city and Gold Museum tour. Fly to Arequipa. (B)

Day 4: Drive to lodge near Colca Canyon. Afternoon to relax. (FB)
Day 5: Early morning trip to the 'Cruz del Condor'. Afternoon explore the local area. (FB)
Day 6: Drive to Puno with Sillustani visit en route. (B, L)
Day 7: Boat trip on Lake Titicaca with overnight on Amantani Island. (FB)
Day 8: Visit Taquile Island, then boat to Puno. (B, L)
Day 9: Scenic train journey through the Andes to Cusco. (B, L)
Day 10: Guided tour of Cuzco and nearby Inca ruins. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Day 11: Visit Chinchero. Hike Moray - Maras - Sacred Valley. (B, L)
Day 12: Tour of the Sacred Valley. (B, L)
Day 13: Train to Machu Picchu. Tour. Overnight Aguas Calientes. (B, L)

Is it for you?
This is an easy trip, though it includes a night in a basic guest house on Amantani Island, and an exciting, picturesque but bumpy train ride through the Andes. Alternatives to each of the above are available.

Each location was very different and covered a completely unique aspect of Peru ie wildlife, archaeology/history and cultures. All were fascinating. We learnt so much.
