Perhaps the most famous kasbahs (fortified houses) and ksour (a collection of kasbahs) are at Ait Benhaddou just north of Ouarzazate.
Volubilis
Volubilis, near Meknes, is mostly noted for its Roman history as the empire's most remote outpost.

Very good. Itinerary selected was what we wanted, though we would have been disappointed with Taradount if the hotel Dar Zitoune had not been quite so...
