This is not a difficult trip, though in summer it will be very hot.
Best times to go
Can be taken all year, but July & August are very hot, and in mid-winter some roads can be blocked with snow.

Getting there
Royal Air Maroc has daily flights into fez and out of Marrakech throughout the year with prices starting at around £300 per person. There are also seasonal flights with no-frills airlines such as GB Airways (a subsidy of BA) and Ryan Air into Fez and out of Marrakech starting at around £150 per person.
