Migration Routes Adventure

This safari explores the contrasts, extremes and continually moving game of northern Botswana: from camping on islands in the Okavango Delta with its crystal-clear waterways, to the game rich plains of the dry Savuti marsh and the seasonal elephant herds in the Linyanti. It also takes in the amazing annual zebra migration along the Linyanti River from its source.  The itinerary is subject to change of the camp locations in the year, depending where the best game viewing is.

These small group departures are fantastic value for money and cross through a range of habitats in Botswana using small and very comfortable camps on the way, top class guides and comfortable vehicles.

Best times to go

There are pros and cons to all times of year in Botswana, though perhaps the best overall period is from about May-November, unless you are a birder, in which case Feb-April is excellent.
